Getting started

• Sign up: Choose your role (Tailor, Customer, or Worker) and create your account in under 2 minutes.
• Tailors: Add your business details, invite workers, and start creating orders.
• Customers: Place orders with your tailor and track progress from your dashboard.
• Workers: Accept invites from your tailor to access assigned tasks and orders.

Orders & measurements

• Creating orders: Tailors create orders from the Orders page, add customer, garment type, and pricing.
• Measurements: Use the GIF measurement guides so customers can submit accurate measurements. Tailors can also enter measurements manually.
• Order status: Track orders from draft to delivery. Status updates are visible to customers and workers.

Payments

Record deposits and balance payments from the Payments section or on each order. Mark payments as received (cash, transfer, card) and customers can view and download receipts.
