By accessing or using MarPhil ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Use of the Service
You may use MarPhil only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your role (tailor/owner, worker, or customer). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.
3. Accounts and roles
Different account types (business owner, worker, customer) have different features and obligations. You may hold multiple roles where supported. Tailors and workers are responsible for their use of the platform and any orders or data they process. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of measurements and order details they provide.
4. Payments and refunds
Payment terms are agreed between tailors and customers. MarPhil may facilitate payment processing; refunds and disputes are governed by the agreement between the parties and applicable law. We are not responsible for disputes between tailors and customers.
5. Limitation of liability
MarPhil is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarPhil Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
